The Bineshii Business Park Expansion Project will add 23 commercial and light industrial lots which will generate revenue for Nipissing First Nation and employment opportunities for members in various sectors. The Park is 76 acres in size and is on Highway 17 across from Yellek, just minutes west of North Bay.
Indigenous Services Canada, the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario (FedNor), and the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) have financially supported this project. The Nipissing Miller Partnership is contracted with the construction of this project.
