As we continue to honour the 7 Grandfather Teachings in our community, we kindly ask that Regalia Grant recipients demonstrate the teachings of honesty and respect by using the Regalia Grant for its original, intended purpose. With this in mind, please remember that Regalia Grant gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of gas and commercial tobacco (among other non-regalia-related items).
Tuesday, April 16, 2024 – We are pleased to inform the NFN members who were approved to receive a Regalia Grant that the Regalia Grant gift cards will be ready for pick-up starting Wednesday, April 17, 2024, until Friday, May 3, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. – noon and 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Social Services Reception Desk, located in the Administration Building (36 Semo Road, Garden Village, ON P2B 3K2). Please note, the Social Services Office will be closed for lunch from noon – 1 p.m., and the North Reception doors will be locked during that time.
Please do not enter the Administration Building via the Main Entrance, but rather:
- Enter through the North Reception Entrance (located in the glass corridor on the left side of the Administration Building).
- Upon entering, turn left.
- Make your way to the Social Services Reception Desk.
After-Hours Pick-Up
Local members that cannot pick up their Regalia Grant gift cards during the times listed above will have the opportunity to do so on one of the designated after-hours pick-up days. Local members must pick up their gift cards; gift cards will not be mailed out to local members.
Members must complete the Regalia Grant – After-Hours Pick-Up form if they wish to pick up their gift cards after hours.
After-hours pick-up days are as follows:
- Wednesday, April 24, 2024 – Garden Village Training/Boardroom (36 Semo Road, Garden Village, ON P2B 3K2)
- Wednesday, May 1, 2024 – Duchesnay Hall (520A Couchie Memorial Drive, Duchesnay, ON P1B 8G5)
Important Information for Pick-Up
- A Status Card for each member receiving a Regalia Grant must be presented upon pick-up.
- Members must pick up their own Regalia Grant gift cards. You cannot have anyone pick up your gift cards on your behalf. Parents of children aged 15 and under may pick up their child(ren)’s gift cards; the child(ren)’s Status Card must also be presented upon pick-up.
- Pick-up is for local members (North Bay, Garden Village, Sturgeon Falls, Verner, Callander, Corbeil, etc.).
- Questions can be directed to [email protected]. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
Mail-Out Regalia Grants
If you are not a local member, your gift cards will be mailed out to you, starting Friday, April 19, 2024, via Canada Post, with tracking. Regalia Grants that are mailed out will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. Members may email [email protected] to receive their Canada Post tracking number.

Tuesday, April 9, 2024 – NFN is in the final stages of processing and packaging gift cards for the NFN members approved to receive a regalia grant.
Please be informed of the following:
- Local NFN members will be contacted by email or phone to come pick up their gift cards at the NFN Social Services Office (36 Semo Road, Garden Village, ON P2B 3K2).
- Pick-up for local NFN members will begin the week of Monday, April 15, 2024.
- Non-local NFN members will have their gift cards sent to them by mail.
- We kindly ask that members refrain from calling the Social Services Office to inquire about their regalia grant. Members will be contacted by NFN staff as soon as their grant is ready for pick-up.
Thursday, February 1, 2024 – The Walking Alongside Program invites NFN members to apply for the Regalia Grant!
Applications are being accepted from Monday, February 1, 2024 – Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
