Each year, Nipissing First Nation distributes Christmas shares to registered members from the Band Revenue account.

Christmas Income Distribution payments can be picked up on the following dates:

Saturday, November 19th from 10:00am to 12:00pm (Noon)
Annual Community Meeting
NFN Administration Complex, Garden Village

For those picking up, please have your status card available on Christmas Distribution day to ensure greater efficiency for the payment process.  Third party pick-ups are no longer permitted; however one can collect for a spouse and a parent may collect for children under the age of 16 still living at home.

OTHER OPTIONS TO RECEIVE CHRISTMAS SHARES

If you cannot pick up on these dates, these shares will be available at the NFN Finance Department from November 29, 2022 until March 31, 2023.

You can also request a cheque or direct deposit by completing the Christmas Distribution Form and returning it to the Finance Department by October 28, 2022 to receive payment on November 18, 2022.  If the form is submitted after the deadline date, it may take up to 4 weeks to receive the funds.

Requests received by October 28, 2022 will receive payment on November 18, 2022. Forms received after the deadline date may take up to 4 weeks to be processed. Registered NFN members have until March 31, 2023 to request their shares.
