Construction Tender Section 95 Phase 12
Nipissing First Nation plans to construct a total of two housing units – a one-bedroom handicap accessible duplex in Garden Village.
Contractors interested in submitting bids can pick up a tender package at the Housing Department Office located at 36 Semo Road, Garden Village, Ontario. Please call 705-753-2050 ext. 1259 to arrange pick-up.
Contractors submitting Tenders shall be required to complete the Tender Proposal Form. The successful contractor must also provide a Statement of Qualifications and Experience, General Liability Insurance, and a Clearance Certificate from W.S.I.B. prior to the commencement of the project.
All the materials used will be of adequate quality and all construction shall be performed in a good workmanlike manner. Materials and labour shall at all times comply with the Ontario Building Code.
The work completed to be guaranteed for a period of one year from date of completion.
Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Open to all registered Nipissing First Nation Members.
