NFN RHT PCD Release & Waiver Form Review & Completion Session – Garden Village

Acceptable pieces of identification include:

• Status Card (preferred)
• Driver’s Licence
• Photo Card
• Health Card (with photo)
• Passport
• Permanent Resident Card

This session provides NFN members with the opportunity to review and complete the PCD Release & Waiver form alongside NFN staff, and ask any questions they may have.

NOTE: NFN RHT PCD distributions to members will occur at a later date, to be confirmed.

Nipissing First Nation has mailed out Robinson Huron Treaty PCD Release and Waiver packages to all NFN members aged 18 and over. Once received, we ask members to review these packages and follow all instructions provided.

If you received the PCD Release & Waiver Package by the mail, please bring it with you to the session.
