ELECTORAL OFFICER
CONTRACT
Commencing April 22 to July 2024
Nipissing First Nation is seeking applicants to conduct the upcoming Chief & Council Elections, in accordance with the Gimaakeng Naaknigewin – Custom Election Regulations.
As Electoral Officer, you will:
- Preside over and manage the election of Chief and Councillors.
- Be responsible for the design and development of ballots, notices, report forms/formats, nomination and voting directions, and any other printed materials necessary to efficiently manage the electoral process.
- Oversee and assist the Deputy Electoral Officer and voting clerks.
