Thursday, April 10, 2025 – The Public Works Department has completed a watermain repair in the Garden Village system. Over the next few days, the Water Department will conduct water quality testing to ensure the system is safe.
As a precaution, if you notice any discolouration, run your cold water tap for three to five minutes and contact the Public Works Department at 705-753-4167. This temporary discolouration only affects the appearance of the water – it does not cause a health or safety risk. An update will be provided within the next day or so.
If you require water, cases are available to pick up at the Public Works building at 45 Semo Road, Garden Village during office hours (today until 4:30 p.m.).
