The NFN Community Navigator Administrator assists community members in accessing essential services and resources to support their journey. This role helps bridge service gaps for adults and seniors, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.
The Community Navigator Administrator:
- Assist community members in identifying and accessing necessary services support with referrals to internal departments and external agencies and services, Old Age Security (OAS), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), acquiring identification, and other support services.
- Advocate for clients when barriers to care or services are encountered.
- Serves as the first point of contact for funeral reimbursements and provides information regarding the passing of NFN members.
