Friday, May 24, 2024 – Nipissing First Nation plans to build two 3-bedroom housing units in Garden Village. Contractors interested in submitting bids can pick up a tender package at the Housing Department Office, located at 36 Semo Road, Garden Village, ON P2B K32. Please call 705-753-2050 ext. 1259 to arrange pick-up.
Contractors submitting tenders are required to complete the Tender Proposal Form. The successful contractor must also provide a statement of qualifications and experience, general liability insurance and a Clearance Certificate from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) prior to the commencement of the project.
All materials used will be of adequate quality and all construction shall be performed in a good workmanlike manner. Materials and labour shall always comply with the Ontario Building Code.
Construction must be guaranteed to be complete within 1 year of project commencement.
