Wednesday, October 2, 2024 – On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, NFN’s Chief and Council amended the moratorium on gas stations to allow members to submit new applications for businesses using above-ground tanks.
The moratorium remains in effect for gas stations with underground tanks, and applications for those will not be accepted.
