We will mail packages to all eligible members by the end of this week. After that, the package will also be posted in the Membership Portal.
Please do not bring in completed forms before May 4. We will host in‑person sessions to help members fill out their forms and to verify ID and banking information. These sessions are the fastest, easiest, and most secure way to confirm your information, and we encourage everyone to attend if possible. These sessions also give members a chance to make sure we have received their forms and information.
